Terms

Short, because the product is short. We introduce two people to each other; the night itself is theirs.Last updated · 17 September 2026

What the service is
A club that has lost its DJ posts a night. Every DJ who is available, in that city, and plays that style is alerted. The first to claim it gets the chance; the club looks at the profile and either approves or sends the night back out. When the club approves, the two sides are shown how to reach each other. That is the whole of it. We are an introduction, not an agency and not a party to the booking.
Your account
You sign in with an email address you control, using a code we send you. Keep access to that inbox: anyone who has it has your account. One account belongs to one person or one venue — do not share it, and do not sign up as somebody you are not.You must be old enough to work a club night where you live.
What you post
Your profile, your venue details, your mix and clip links and your images are yours, and you are responsible for having the right to use them. By putting them here you let us show them in the product to the people your visibility setting allows. We do not claim ownership and we do not sell them anywhere.Do not post anything unlawful, anything that impersonates somebody else, or anything you would not want a club manager to read at two in the morning.
Claims, approvals and the booking
A claim is a DJ saying “I can do this night”. An approval is the club saying “come”. Between the two there is no contract with us: the fee, the hours, the gear and everything else are agreed and honoured between the club and the DJ directly. We take no commission and handle no money. There are no payments in this product at all. If a club does not pay, or a DJ does not turn up, that is a matter between them — we can tell you what the app recorded, and nothing more.Only one DJ can hold a night. Once a gig is claimed, the claim is enforced by the database rather than by politeness, so a second claim on the same night is refused outright.
Contact details
When a gig is confirmed you are given the other side’s contact details for that gig. Use them for that night. Do not add them to a mailing list, resell them, or pass them on. Misusing details obtained this way is the fastest way to lose your account.
Availability and changes
This is an early product and it may be offline, slow, or changed without notice. Alerts are best effort: they depend on Telegram and on email providers we do not run, and an alert that is delayed or never arrives is a possibility you should plan around rather than a promise we have broken.
Ending it
You can stop using +TBA whenever you like and ask us to delete your account; see the privacy page for what that removes. We can suspend an account that is being used to spam, impersonate or abuse the other side of the product.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a night that went badly, a DJ who did not arrive, a club that did not pay, an alert that did not land, or any loss that follows from one of those. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
