What we store
If you sign in as a DJ, we store your email address, and — only if you give them — your phone number and your Telegram chat id. Alongside that sits the profile you fill in yourself: stage name, home city, the styles you play, the gear you bring, whether you are in town tonight and which city you are in, links to a mix and a clip, and any images you upload. If you sign in as a club, we store your email address and the venue details you enter: name, address, capacity, booth gear, a photo, and the contact phone number the booked DJ will eventually need.We also store the gigs themselves — the night, the hours, the style, the fee — and a record of each alert we sent, which includes the message text and whether it was delivered. It does not include the address or chat id it was sent to.
Signing in with Google
If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares three things with us: your name, your email address and your profile picture. We ask for nothing else: no contacts, no calendar, no files, no access to your Google account. We use them only to sign you in and to fill in your account, and the email address becomes the one we hold for you, as described above. We never sell this data, never share it with anyone else, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Ask us to delete your account (address above) and this data goes with it. You can also remove +TBA from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Why we store it
To do the one thing the product does. A club fires an alert; we match it against the DJs who are available, in that city, and play that style, and we send each of them a message. Without the contact details there is nobody to alert, and without the profile there is nothing to match on.Your email address is also how you sign in: we email you a six-digit code rather than keeping a password.
Who can see your contact details
Nobody, until a gig is confirmed. Your email, phone number and Telegram chat id are never shown in the directory, never on a profile page, and never in a search result. They are not part of the data a browsing visitor can reach at all — the database refuses those columns to everyone except you.The single exception is the point of the product: when a club approves the DJ who claimed its night, each of the two sides is shown how to reach the other, and only those two. That exchange is one-to-one, it happens once, and it is limited to that gig.Separately, a DJ chooses how visible the rest of the profile is — public, clubs only, or private. That choice governs browsing only. A private DJ is still alerted when a club in that city loses its DJ; being unlisted is not the same as being unreachable.
How we send alerts
Alerts go out over Telegram and by email. Which of the two you get depends on what you gave us. Sending a Telegram message means handing your chat id to Telegram, and sending an email means handing your address to our email provider; both are needed to deliver the message and neither gets the message for any other purpose.
Where the data lives
Everything is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase inFrankfurt, Germany (AWS eu-central-1). Uploaded images sit in the same project’s storage. We keep no second copy anywhere else.
Cookies
One cookie, and it is the session: it is what keeps you signed in between pages. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party tracker and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Signing out clears it.
Payments
There are none. The fee shown on a gig is a number the club and the DJ agreed on and settle between themselves. We never see card details, never hold money, and have no payment processor.
How long we keep it
Your profile lasts as long as your account. Gigs and the alert records attached to them are kept as the history of what happened on a given night. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your profile and your contact details; past gigs may remain as a record with your name on them, because they are also the other side’s history.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Most of it you can already edit yourself on your own profile. Write to the address in the Operator block above and we will answer. If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
